The Writing Life
Before my life in philosophy, I was an English major at Boise State University. Philosophy was sort of an afterthought, but one which I got wrapped up in.
In 2014, I landed my first full-time teaching job, but never managed to get a tenure-track job. So in 2017, I cut ties with academics for my current job working in semantic AI in Austin, Texas.
A fairly constant feature of my life since about 2003 has been writing short fiction, though with full-time jobs, teaching, etc., it has at times taken a back seat.
